Cheerleaders often get spray tans to look tan obviously. With the lights on
stage being so bright, your skin is drained of color and you look whiter than a 
ghost. Trust me, I know from experience. Some cheerleaders go to the 
extreme when it comes to tanning or getting spray tans. Like okay, its good
to be tan and all, but not to the point where you look like a walking
carrot. So next time when you think about getting a spray tan for a
competition, keep it on the down low and don't get it so dark that you look
like a walking vegetable.

As you know, to be on an Elite Level 5 cheer team, you need a full or a double to complete the tumbling portion of tryouts. Even if you have a full, but it is ugly, you know for a fact you will not be making that team. Make sure you are setting long enough to pull your full or double nicely so your not whipping around and making it look atrocious. Anyone can tell if you don't set correctly. So next time your working on a full,  keep in mind that setting the right way will really help in making your tumbling much prettier.

See that cheer hair? Yeah, that looks amazing. Don't go over the top with poofs. Don't go too small or too big. If you go too small you look dumb because there barley is a poof. Going to big just makes you look like a wannabe Jersey Shore girl. LOL no, we are cheerleaders, not girls from the Jersey Shore.

Cheer uniforms have always been skimpy. But now its at a whole other level. Little girls at the age of four are wearing these types of uniforms and that's terrible! Half tops look kind of nasty depending on what kind of uniform you have. Don't you think it's kind of ridiculous wearing this? Like at least have a full top, c'mon. But ya know whatever, there being banned anyways...or at least there supposed too. But who knows CA and Top Gun always have special tricks up their sleeves.

Okay, so if you are looking at this blog and your an all-star cheerleader you probably know about the Dorito body position. In this day and age, the new scorpion is called a needle. A Dorito is when your scorpion looks bad from not stretching and you look like a Dorito. It makes it even better if you have one of those terrible spray tans..LOL. Try stretching some more so your not known as the "Dorito" flyer.
